Executor Hideo is the representative of New Monarchy in the consensus and is in charge maintaining the agricultural center of the city and writing laws for the consensus.
As a member of New Monarchy, Hideo believes that the city needs to be united under the rule of a singular individual voted in through a unanimous vote by the Consensus. He is also of the opinion there should be a separation between church and state, frowning upon the idea that the Speaker is the head of the Consensus.
As an individual he is known for giving numerous tax cuts for the poor of the city and is quite popular with the lower class as a result.
