Lakshmi-2 is the representative for Future War Cult in the Consensus. As a member of the consensus her job is to manage the Guardian and civilian networks as well as the power grid of the city.
As a member of the Future War Cult, Lakshmi believes the second coming of the darkness is fast approaching and that the city must find allies among the system to beat it back. As a result she often performs human experiments using a thing only known as “the Device” to put people through visions of the future. She also views Dead Orbit in a negative light.
She is known for sending numerous guardians expeditions to venus to investigate the Ishtar collective.

Lakshmi has three metallic horns, peaking off her forehead. Red paint is featured on her face that looks almost like the letter M
