Early Life
Marthus was born a Numist, member of a religion that claims salvation will be achieved by monetary exchanges and trading not prasing for any specific god. Born in Lyze at AGL had to he and his parents had to hide their religion because the Numists are slaves in Lyze due the fact that the ruling religion is the Animist religion. However his life was changed when his brother was born.
Family Diaspora
His brother Yaan was born in at the day of death from the Animist leader, meaning that in the Animist religion he is the sucessor leader. So they had to move to the palace where Marthus' family converted to the Animism while he stayed an Numist in secret. After not standing more his beliefs being negated and punished Marthus decided to flee and peregrine.
Peregrination
During his he went to Rodia to understand why do the Animists attacks the Numists and how to deal with the situation of having diferent people and ideologies in the same place. Later went to Lucy to learn the difereneces between magic and God's will. His last stop was at a numist marketplace where he gained the confidence and skills to free his people.
Fight for Liberation
At 2 AGL Marthus went to talk to his brother in private asking to release the numists wich he did not complied. At 1AGL Marthus demanded the freedom of his people, being rejected again Marthus invoked the 4 commercial plagues forcing Yaan to make a deal with him. The deal was a duel to death in the empty desert, the one who returns to Lyze claims the throne. At 0 AGL Marthus and the governement of the other continets accepted the conditions of the challenge, both where teleported to the desert, where Marthus returned carrying his brother and claiming the throne of King in Lyze freeing 20,000 slaves creating the era after the Great Liberation.
Ruling
Right after liberating the Numists they claimed him to be the Exchange Overlord, so he adapted Lyze's current theocratic system to fit the numism religion, turning himself as Suseran of Lyze instead of King. Later he sold most relics from the Animists in order to clear the county from its past and make currency circulate between the free Numists as well. He is both the current religious leader of the Numism as well of the capital Lyze, by consequence the continent as well.
