Desolia

Desolia is a magical fantasy world, with wonders that defy explanation. Many people used to inhabit it, seemingly appearing and acting as if from another dimension. Until one day they all disappeared, leaving the natives baffled.   A few hundred years go by, as the natives went about their routine, a seemingly endless cycle of tasks. Nobody ever truly dies in this world, and nobody did anything differently until recently.   A few people started making their own choices, doing things they'd never done before. Soon everyone was free of the cyclistic life they never questioned before. Of course, this threw the world into chaos for some time as a new society formed from the old one.   Something was not right with this world, and it's people wanted to know what.
