Captain Rennalds was meet in the town of Pleasant. He is in charge of a garrison of Overseers. His task is to eliminate all bandits in the area.
He has also given the gang the task of killing a rabid bear that has been prowling the woods near Pleasant.

The leader of The Overseers in the town of Pleasant. His duties are to push back the bandits towards Faint Valley.
