Deodona

Deodona is a custom campaign setting for all of my D&D adventures. It is a classical, high-fantasy world with as much realism as possible in both the history, peoples, and reality.   Deodona is a large continent consisting of 7 human nations, 3 dwarven states, 4 dragonborn cities, 2 half-orc citadels, and many other settlements scattered throughout. The human nations take up the majority of settled land, with the dwarven states being located close to the major human nations, often close allies due to having similar racial routes. The dragonborn cities are scattered throughout Deodona, in the most precarious and isolated areas possible, avoiding contact with outsiders as much as possible. The half-orc citadels are located on the two edges of the Drakon Desert, and offer services to escort groups through the dangerous desert. There are smaller settlements in between all of these, consisting of halflings, elves, gnomes, tieflings, and aasimar.   Deodona is populated by many extreme geographical features. The land curves around the Tempentus Sea, which has a bit of wild water and weather. Most of the land is connected to each other in a large landmass, with a few smaller islands near the land. Surrounding the land is a large ocean, Incogna Ocean, which no one has crossed and returned. Thus, no one knows what lies beyond the ocean. To the west, there is the largest piece of land that is not on the mainland, an island called Ifaisteio, which contains the only completely isolated halfling settlement as well as a dragonborn city. Biggest, however, is Mt. Ifaisteio, a humongous volcano that has been dormant for many years. To the east are the Jabal Mountains, a large and treacherous chain of mountains underwhich there is a dwarven state, and surrounds a desert. To the northwest south are the Northern and Southern Feywilds, which had been released from the Feywild at the start of the Fey Era. The Northern Feywilds contains a high elven settlement, and the Southern Feywilds contains a gnome settlement and wood elf village. To the north is a vast tundra-ridden land, and as far as anyone knows, uninhabited and impassible. Underneath, is a tunnel that leads to the two hill ranges to the east and west, under which are the other two dwarven states.
