Ortharian Hound

Said to be a direct descendant of the two headed watch dog, Orthrus, Ortharian Hounds are an unusual sight. They have the body of what could be seen as a traditional large dog with what would be two very distinct differences. Their body from the neck down is smoothly scaled like a snake and they have two maned canine heads.

Exceptionally fast and with the ability to perform active camouflage on their unusual forms, their prey is unlikely to know what hit them before an ortharian hound has finished the job. The Ortharian Hound hunts through the tracking of emotions; sensing its prey over great distances; but the species only survives today, after an eradication effort, through the conservation efforts of Apollo priests.
