Subterrains of Sol 3

Subterra is mostly just a scaled-down version of Drekiheim as whole, with the entire Earth's dragon population living in a single, world-spanning, underground city. Though there are a few quirks unique to Earth's dragon-ecumonopolis, most of what can be said about it is true for most of the others, too.

Government

All of Dragonkind is manage by an entity known as the Cosmic Dragon, on Earth they are directly answered to by a large, decentralized bureaucracy co-coordinating the democratic proceedings of the populace.

Infrastructure

The majority of Hollow Earth's Infrastructure consists of residential housing and nature preserves. Given the predatory nature of most species of dragons, the latter also doubles as the primary source of food for most of the populace; though human-esque agriculture is in place for the non-meat portions of a draconic diet. As most dragon species are semi-social, they have places for social gathering; though, most use telecommunications. Labor is mostly handled on personal to immediately-local levels with most being independent and/or self-sufficient.
