The One Power of Electrical Force

The One Power of Electrical Force is the first One Power to be created and granted by The Originator when he split his power into 14 fragments.

Effect

This power at it's base state allows the user a wide array of abilities related to electricity and electrical force. Some of the more common abilities include but are not limited to;

• Electrical Manipulation

• Electrical Absorbtion

• Immunity to Electrocution

• Electromagnetic Levitation

• Emitting EMP's

• and Regeneration

Through practice, weilders of this ability are able to unlock more innate abilities that deal more with the Electrical Force side of this power. Some of these include but are not limited to;

• Electric-based Shield Projection

• Enhanced Thought Process

• Self-Density Manipulation

• and Slowed Aging

Side/Secondary Effects

When a weilder of this One Power is at the height of their power and unlocks their Secundo Subcinctus (aka Second Shift), they are able to use their greatest ability. Their electricity changes into golden beams that when coming in contact with things around them causes their molecules to repel each other rather than stick together, effectively decontructing things around them. Users are then able to use all these loose molecules to construct anything they so desire. Like all Secundo Subcinctus, this hidden power is highly dangerous and can only be used for a limited time before the user is drained of stamina unless they subdue the power before that happens.

Manifestation

When the power is used, the weilders of this power will have bolts of electricity shooting off from them, and depending on how in control of their abilities they are decides how contained the bolts are to their general vicinity. Two more unique features of this power being activated are the iris' of a user's eyes glowing, but the color they glow as well as the color of the electricity in general does vary from person to person.
Example: The electricity of The Living Lightningbolt is emerald in color, whereas the electricity of Scarlet Vixion is scarlet in color.

Material Components

While in most cases it is not necessary for the use of this ability, other Ones can use the corresponding One Armor Piece to temporarily use this power. Said piece can also be used by bloodline weilders to increase their own stamina and power strength/potency. In modern day Delta-023, this piece has taken the form of a Staff and currently owned by Rudy Montenegro Jr. aka The Living Lightningbolt, a current weilder of this power.

Applied Restriction

Only people who are of the bloodline of the original user of this ability, or they are from a new bloodline created through the use of the corresponding One Armor Piece may use the abilities of The One of Electrical Force by natural means.
However, any One can use these abilities when physically in contact with the One Armor Piece related to this One Power.
