WorldEmber 2021 Pledge

I pledge to write 10,000 words of World Building in December 2021!

This will be my first WorldEmber and I am very excited to be able to participate!
My purpose for this commitment, is to put down in writing, a whole Post-Apocalyptic world in my head, to see what else needs to be developed to create stories from the World.
I'm hoping to get Short Stories and Novels from this world, maybe even a Trilogy or even a series.
The inkling of an idea came from this line popping into my head:

"You will either find yourself or loose yourself in the Wastelands. If you loose yourself, then the Darkness has won."

Goal

My goal is to create a Timeline with History and Events that lead to the creation of the Wastelands and other Regions in the Post-Apocalyptic world of Dead Americas. The Timeline will also include Events and Articles that will further flesh out the World Building for things that happen after the Wastelands have been created.
This will help me create the Regions, cultures and conflicts for stories to be created from.
