Event
Random events can either be applied to a random civilization or be a random event. (A totally random event costs only 3 power points.)
- Choose the non random element first.
- Roll for the random element.
- Civilizations are number by the order in which they were created. Roll to determine the civilization.
- For a random event first roll 1d2 to determine which list the event comes from: 1 for the Positive Events and 2 for the Negative Events.
- Then roll to determine which event occurs.
