Fangs of Drocia

The Fangs of Drocia are a small criminal group who moves around the empire striking quickly and quietly but leaving scenes behind to make sure they are found and a message is revived. They work mainly to try and better their own standings, no one truly knows who they are but suspicions are growing of it being a group composed of local nobles and other high class figures who have disagreements with the dueling class at large. It’s been a few years since they have reminded people of their existence but most recently a year and a half ago they came to Graywick and killed Captain Krally.
Captain Krally was the captain of the Cerulean Mist, a massive 3 masted dark blue sailing ship made from the magical cerulean oak. This ship was commissioned by the empire to enchant it allowing it to travel with great speed. Captain Krally had been sailing the vessel for the last seven years and at this point had a falling out with the local trade organizers and was threatening to leave the city and not return, sailing only to sail between Fathia and Nelum. After these threats were made two days later captain Krally was found from the bowsprit of the Cerulean Mist. They were hanging there skin and hair peeled off of their head, throat slit with their blood slowly dripping into the ocean. There was a note next to their body with the symbol of the Fangs.
To this day the ship sits anchored in port, her crew awaits a new captain, anyone willing to step up and learn to helm the fastest ship on the seas. Alas the history of the potion keeps many away for they fear what happens if they step beyond invisible lines. The Fangs of Drocia have worked hard to control it from the shadows, will they continue to do so as time progresses or will a group step in their way and end the corruption.
