In a world torn by a war between the Light and Dark factions, Alina is a Dark mage with a plan. If she's going to be forced to marry, she will only accept the best match in all of the country: the Dark Lord himself! All that remains is to convince him... Her plan? Get herself noticed for her cleverness and usefulness by crafting magical artefacts for the Dark cause and ingratiating herself among Light academic circles to stab them in the back. The Dark Lord is sure to be seduced!

An independent novel with a fantasy plot and a romance subplot, following Alina's story.

Set in the prestigious rune guild, in a country at the edge of magical technological development.

The Dark mages are oppressed, but luckily their beloved Dark Lord is preparing a new war.

Project state: Book currently being drafted and most of the worldbuilding done (with mainly secondary characters left).
