Ilnetian Light Fae

A light in the dark

The Ilnetian Light fae is a ethnicity of light fae that decided to move out of the Fae Realms and live in Dysvoll among their own. They live in hiding of the humans as well as most fae, and only other Light Fae know where they are located.

We are the ones who can survive the dangerous darkness, those who thrive in the light they make themselves to combat the dark creatures. We are enough in ourselves and we protect our own.

An Unwelcome Home

The Ilnetian Fae live in the forest known as Dunkelwood in Kanden which is located in Dysvoll. This forest has a bad reputation because it's overrun with Dark Entities. These deadly creatures are impossible to kill, unless you are able to use Light Magic. All light fae are skilled in light magic, which gives the Ilnetian Light Fae the luxury of living safely and completely on their own.

A Dangerous Mix

The Ilnetian Light Fae left when the Treaty of Kloevendal was signed. This treaty effectively ended The Thousand Year War and united the fae under one leader known as the Arch High Fae. Many accepted this unification readily, while others were skeptical. Most chose to stick around nonetheless, both out of hope and out of loyalty to their own leaders. However, the Ilnetian fae thought it dangerous and irresponsible to mix the different fae and believe it will be their eventual undoing. Therefore they left to live their lives in another place, so they don't get hit by the fallout.
