Ilk-felanian Cult
A Fundementalist group
The Ilk-felanian Cult is a cult that stems in the faith known as the Ilk-nean Faith. This religion believes that the Old fae Teldrinne is the creator of all and they see it that they honour her by making sure that they treat her creation with respect. The cult took these beliefs a bit further, and instead of just following these ideas themselves, they try to force them onto others through violent measures.
Diverging from the path
This group started emerging when a group of Ciples left Alinage to settle down in Hanalund primarily, but also other places in Kanden. They saw how the differently the people in these areas treated the nature, and compared to what they had been taught, it was horrendous. Overfishing, deforestation and a general lack of respect for nature was common around these parts all of which goes against what the ciples usually believe in.A new Banner
Seeing people mistreating nature made some of the ciples so mad that they decided that they should do something about it. Slowly over the years, some decided to combat this with vandalism of property and others ended up going for environmental terrorism. Along with this, the ideals of the people changed and their relationship with religion changed as well. The way they viewed their faith and their goddess had diverged from the standard faith. They decided to merge together under their own banner and called this new subreligion the Ilk-felanian Faith. However, everyone else sees them as a deranged cult.Armistice
These two religions are connected greatly, however, the Ilk-nean Faith see the cult as being malicious and that their ways are wrong, even if they do try to spread the same message that they themselves want to get out there.
The cult sees the others as not taking enough action.
