Elri Ascelin Damian Ely (a.k.a. Elri)
Running away at the age of 10, Ascelin made a living in the woods and would travel further and further away from his home. Eventually, he made a more permanent home. Now the young elf has the magic of the forest and uses to protect, hunt and to complete his missions, which he earns money for doing so. Having no use for money he uses it to convince others to do what he does not want to do, such as dealing with affairs in cities and villages.
Physical Description
Ascelin is a tall slim elf. He can move around with ease and hide in the dark.
He has pale white skin with a tint of green.
He has green glowing markings on his face, and he keeps it hidden with a hood
Right-handed and likes to hide in the dark
He can speak with animals
During his time in the woods, he has learned how to hunt and protect with a bow he had made himself
Mental characteristics
He always played by himself as a child is shy of others. One day he met his one and only friend Enitan; who would get himself into trouble, not with authorities or adults but with monsters. Years have gone by, and the two were inseparable, until Enitan started doing questionable things behind his back, things that lead to him being thrown off the edge. After that Ascelin has grown distrustful of others, not knowing the sketchy things his friend did. He ran away and would never be seen again and was announced dead after three years of searching.
He went to elementary school at a friends home until he was ten years old after running away he self-taught himself to use the bow. He would also use nature around him to make stuff to help himself whenever he got sick or when other adventures or animals are sick.
He gets often gets missions from people that know of his skills, but not his name or appearance
He had saved his friend from a bandit that held a knife to Enitans neck. Ascelin did not kill the bandit but did injure him severely.
There was that one time that his friend Enitan convinced him to sing in front of the village, it did not end well, and all the kids laughed at him and made fun of him
He had witnessed his best friend and only friend falling to his death. After that, he could never trust people, and he fled and was never found again
Personality Characteristics
After the death of his friend he has made it his personal goal to attempt to bring Enitan back to life, he would take any opportunity to do so.
He is excellent with medicine and sneaking around but is terrible when it comes down to anything athletic; he prefers to teleport
He loves the forest and hiding away from people. He loves his little home and all of the animals around him. He hates being outside of nature and going into villages or towns or anywhere with large groups of people.
When sending people to do his work, he makes sure they are fully capable. He is also really good at handling animals and caring for them
Anti-social, he does not like being around large groups of people and sends others to do his work for him to avoid handling affairs in villages or cities.
He chuckles when he does not understand something and hides away when people try to look at him and only meets people at night when it's dark
Ascelin washes in a river that is next to his little home. His house a cluttered with stuff he has stolen from the dead.
Social
Eccentric, from his time of isolation he has forgotten some social standards and is very straight to the point and as open as he is willing to be. He would never tell people real name. He would never tell people his past until he has fully trusted them
Teleports around people that he knows have dark vision as to not be seen
He has quite a bit of money, happily gives it to those that he recruits. However, he mostly gets his coin from either taking off of some dead person or by the payment of a mission. though he does not see money as something of worth but collects it because he knows it's a way to persuade people
