Canal District
Tight cluster of small islands east of the waterfront in Tillia. Its tightly packed with narrow three story tall flats that serve as local businesses and homes for most dock workers and merchants living in Tillia. Most smuggling of goods for the local black market originate in the Canals due to easy accessibility to cargo ships docked by the waterfront and narrow waterways and hidden warehouses for illegal or stolen goods to be hidden away in.
