Structure

Starting from the leadership and making it's way down to the dregs at the bottom of the totem pole, the ranks in the guild are as follows:   Guildmaster: The Adventurer's Guild is led by one main leader, known as the Guildmaster, who is in charge of everything the guild has to offer.   The Council: The council is made up of the Guildmaster, a small group of handpicked S Rank Guild Members, and the guilds largest sponsors.   S Rank Members: S Rank Guild Members are the best of the best, have spent years rising through the ranks of the Guild and been found to be strong strong, dependable, and capable of handling whatever Quests are sent their way. These members are the only group able to accept S Ranked Quests, and they can accept any rank lower than S Rank as well.   A Rank Guild Members: Members who reach A Rank are among the best and brightest the guild has to offer, and are strong enough to handle most situations. A Rank Guild Members can accept or be assigned any quest rank A or lower, but are not permitted to access S Rank Quests.   B Rank Members: These members are above average in terms of strength, intelligence, and the like. They have proven time and again that they can take what they are given, and, while not the best in the guild, they are above average in almost all areas. B Rank Members can partake in quests of B Rank or lower, and cannot take on A Rank Quests or higher.   C Rank Members: C Rank Members are average across the board, either through hitting their peak at average or just needing to learn more to rank up. The majority of guild members are this rank, and many find it hard to advance past. C Rank Members can access C Rank Quests and lower, and are not permitted to take on B Rank Quests or higher.   D Rank Members: This rank is either for the worst members, or those that have just recently been admitted to the ranks of the Guild. they are either bad at their job, or simply unproven yet, and it becomes apparent quickly by who rises to C Rank and who stays at D. D Rank Members can take on D Rank Quests or lower, and cannot accept C Rank Quests or higher.   Unranked: The unranked are the newest recruits, who haven't proven themselves as worthy to even join the guild yet. Unranked Quests exist, but in order for an unranked member to fully join, they must complete a D Rank Quest, either alone or with a party of other unranked or D or C Rank Members.
