The user swings their sword into the ground, causing a massive pillar of ice to shoot up from underneath the enemy. If the enemy is frozen, the enemy takes 1.5 times the damage. Otherwise, this spell has a 15% chance to freeze the enemy.

Effect

Deals 70 base magic ice damage to the enemy. If the enemy is frozen, deals 105 base magic ice damage instead.

Side/Secondary Effects

If the enemy is not frozen, this spell will have a 15% chance to freeze.
