Hunter Fest

Effect

A technique that allows the afflicted to steal the physical strength of every living creature within a hundred-foot radius. This is then added to their own. The targets get a save versus spell at a penalty of 5, and if failed, their strength is dropped to 3. The value of the target's normal weight allowance is added to the user's and the strength value closest to the total is what is used for the afflicted's new strength.

Side/Secondary Effects

When the Hunter Fest ends, the target is significantly weakened, dropping their strength, dexterity, and constitution by 10 until after a long rest. Strength, dexterity, and constitution cannot drop below 1.
