Draconic Resistance: This amulet gives the wearer full fire and cold immunity, both natural and magical.
Enhanced Abilities: It raises the ability scores of the wearer by 2 points each.
Fast Learner: The wearer also gains a 15% bonus on XP.
Fire Magic: The amulet holds three charges. These charges can be used to cast any of three spells. Charges refill every day at dawn.

Heartstone

If the heart of a dragon that breathes fire or ice is absorbed into the amulet, it increases the strength of the amulet’s stone. The amulet starts out with a strength of 0 when acquired. When a heart is absorbed into the amulet, the age category of the dragon (1-12)is added to the strength of the amulet.
For every six points of age, the amulet gains an additional 5% resistance to lightning, one ability score is increased by 1, the XP bonus increases by 2%, and the amulet gains an additional charge.
When the amulet has an age of 120, resistance to lightning stops increasing, and instead, the XP bonus gets increased by 3% instead of 2%. The hearts of lightning-based dragons can also now be absorbed.
