Effect

The afflicted’s blood is mildly acidic, although their body can handle it. When attacked with slashing weapons, the attacker receives half of the damage that they dealt to the afflicted, save versus breath weapon for a quarter.

Side/Secondary Effects

Every night, there is a 20% chance that the afflicted will not heal naturally and will not get their one hit point.
