Effect
By placing their hands over a spell or individual, the afflicted is able to completely erase magic from existence, including spells cast on a person. However, if the particular sort of magic is being sufficiently powerful, it may be difficult to erase completely, instead being temporarily suspended. If the magic cast was of a level below that of the afflicted, the magic is dispelled permanently. If it is equal or higher, it is disabled for 2d12 rounds.
