Quasine the Outlander

During the days after the Uprising, everyone seemed to ignore the seas. This occurred for some time, the seas just being a way to travel from place to place, some horror that no one dared to tame. No one is quite sure when Quasine first made his maiden voyage nor where he originally hailed from. However, it did not take long for him quickly dominate the sea that is now named after him, amassing a hoard of treasure that is said to rival even the oldest and grandest of dragons. Even the mightiest and proudest of dragons may fall, and that is what happened to Quasine. He did not anticipate the once warring cities to unite together and face off with the proclaimed King of the Sea. When the Eso Tribunal, named after the merchant killed by Quasine that forced the Free Cities to band together, captured and executed him, his last words told of his vast treasure hidden somewhere on the ocean he claimed as his own. Since his execution, countless individuals have flocked to the Quasine Sea in search of his treasure, with many beginning to believe it was one final deception by Quasine the Outlander.
