Cykadia and Samarlina

Cycadia is a magical, sci-fi world and a moon of Neptune. It's full of your standard Elemental Magic Wielding Everyday people, political drama, and rather backwards views on things like who's superior to who. It's very cold, and not just in it's environment. Samarlina is the old asteroid colony of Cycadia, where all the telepaths live and have their own political drama and weirdness. The two world's leaderships don't really get on (that's what happens when you have monarchy and gentry still in charge whoops-a-daisy) but hey, at least they both agree that the humans need to stop being evil, right?
