Reclamation District (Enderfaso)

Once part of the Dead Shore Crumbles, this part of the city has been recently revitalized by a sudden infusion of money from the Crown. While it is still largely under development, much of the city is currently used for Industrial purposes, with simple shops and low-class residents making it home.

Communities

The communities of this district are mostly lower class, though a few middle class denizens make up a decent portion of the commercial regions. Of the lower class, they are almost all laborers specializing in industrial endeavors, with only a few devoted to agriculture or other services.   Most homes are organized in apartment styles grouped to have shared courts with nearby apartments. This same style is reflected with the higher end residents who share less building space with other members of an apartment, or hold multiple homes crushed against one another around a shared court. Better homes often have communal gardens that are, in theory, designed for the residents that surround it.

Industry

Currently, a large section of the district is devoted to construction, with a significant amount of new jobs devoted to refining limber, metals, and stone or putting them directly toward work in construction. Of the remaining industry that exists, they are employed by the few manufacturing organizations that still exist, often working on the creation of tools that are shipped abound.   With so many construction companies, guilds, and other affiliations together, the district is beginning to fall under the sway of the laborer parties within the city.

Commercial

The vast majority of commercial businesses are along the main roads of the city. The further into the district one goes, it becomes more generalized shops until trade businesses take over on the shore. Adventurers seeking goods will often be disappointed at poor selection, but those seeking the construction of larger endeavors, especially buildings, can find some of the best work here.   Food & Drink
Not generally known for the cuisine or quality, Reclamation District food often makes up for it with a working class atmosphere and cheap food.

Security and Encounters

As with many towns that are primarily populated with the less-fortunate, the district is rough at all times and can become dangerous at night. Of all the recivilized districts, the Reclamation District is the only one that regularly has monstrosities from the Dead Zones.   Due to the dangers, guards will often patrol the neighborhood, but they are usually fewer in frequency but greater in number to deal with the horrors that may wonder from the wreckages.
