Basics of Atem

Throughout Ye’shua flows “Atem” which is a dense flowing breath that flows through everything. Humans die because more and more of their body returns to being pure Atem. However, humans cannot manipulate Atem, they require spirits to channel through them, manipulating Atem is known as Sculpting. Most magic is done through sculpting. A human cannot sculpt pure Atem, as it would begin to mix with there own Atem and corrupt them. As such there must be an intermediary between them. This is where Familliars
