WATCH US SUFFER FOR REAL THIS TIME: Summer Camp 2020 Edition

IT IS HAPPENING PEOPLE!

None of us have ever streamed before and this is going to be a one time event only - more of a fun brainstorming session :) We both participated in every Summer Camp so far and we both have very different styles when it comes to worldbuilding. If you are a SC newbie or you came in late into the competition or just feel stuck and overwhelmed by all of it come join us for some good old-fashioned organised chaos :)

I am not a big fan of world primers, I like my world homepage to speak for itself, because it forces me to be really creative and introduce only the absolutely necessary parts - otherwise, I'm afraid, I would just gush about my world to no end :) Therefore, I decided to opt for a Worldbuilding Resolutions article. Here's the general plan:

1. Do not create a new world, until you have completed a project.
2. I repeat, do not fucking create a new world.
3. Just don't.
4. Go through your public worlds and polish what has already been said. If not nice, make it at least look presentable.
5. Be thorough and add missing things - or things worthy to be expanded upon - to your to-do list. If something fits into a prompt or a future challenge, write that instead of coming up with something brand new. The purple button is your friend!
6. Reply to comments and take their advice! Especially if said comment is about something that can be easily fixed. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE, come on.
7. Basically, just clean up your mess. And try not to make a new one.
8. Keep trying to get better at art things. Experiment more with CSS and try to create some nice place holder images.
9. For Summer Camp specifically: go for Curse You first, then Rudolphina, then everything else - from the highest number to the lowest. If you still cannot think of an article, switch to a different prompt.
10. Focus.

To sum it up, here are my three resolutions for the upcoming months:

I will try my best to create articles that are like candy: short, sweet and addictive :)
Leave the serious worldbuilding to the pros.

I will keep the long stuff for the books OR scenes in a campaign, depending on the project.
SCRIBES HYPE!

I will clean up my worlds and use WA features to make it easier for the readers to navigate through them.
No more uncategorized articles.

Certain people are trying to get me to stream. I am not promising anything, but should such a mad thing be actually happening, I will update this article with specific information. If you'd like me to talk about something, feel free to let me know in the comments. If no streams happen throughout July, I will answer everything below - replying to comments is on my to do list after all :)

I'm not done yet!

I'd like to use my somewhat sudden and surprising "rise in popularity" to shout out other articles and worlds I find cool and inspiring. I will try my best to pick a couple for each prompt and list them here, and I will try my best to pick a different person each time I link something. I also wanna try to include little historical titbits at the end of each prompt I will write. If you wanna know some trivia from Czech history, keep an eye on my challenge page.
