Lightning Crystal

The Lightning Crystal is one of eight Elemental Crystals, whose formation coincided with that of the world itself. A powerful force of nature, its presence helps keep the world in balance, allowing life as people know it to grow and prosper. It has a distinctive yellow color to it. It is considered one of the "Four Lost Crystals" due to its original master being killed by the forces of the Dark Lord before it could be awakened. As a result, it laid dormant for a millennium until a new generation of warriors could fully restore its power. In the case of the Lightning Crystal, that hero was a man named Thuridan Cairoris--a seemingly ordinary Scrub Elf from the future who traveled back in time with the other modern "Lost Warriors" to save their future from the Dark Lord's resurrection.

Significance

The Lightning Crystal was formed alongside the seven other Elemental Crystals: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Ice, Holy, and Dark.
