Verita
Keepers of magical history and lore, their education doesn’t include as much actual magic as other orders, but they learn obscure, nearly-forgotten magic, as well as magic that requires much study to perform. As such, they are rarely seen without their spellbook in hand, lest they’re unable to remember the precise incantation they need in time. Their purpose is to preserve all magical knowledge, and they value new discoveries and unearthing ancient lore most of all. The most numerous order, as it doesn't have the same stringent requirements as Tranquilita or Purita, doesn't require special skills like Synergia or Scintilla, doesn't benefit from personality quirks like Vista, and is a lot more immediately understandable unlike Oscura.
Source:
The source of Verita magic is the mage's knowledge and understanding of the world. Their skill ceiling is by far the highest, but it is also the most difficult to reach, as they need to comprehend all the ripples that their magic causes in the world. A forgetful Verita is an impotent Verita.
Values:
The Order of Verita values knowledge and understanding above all. To them, all knowledge should be free to those that wish to learn, and information must never be censored. They often petition for certain forbidden information to be released, such as necromancy.
"Perfection through understanding."
