Brewers' Guild Academy
History
In the first few decades of the school's existence, it was named the Brewers' Guild Training Facility. Its main purpose was for it to be used for the training of hired staff. Most staff would be trained on site of their given tavern; however in order for a member to rise to the rank of tavern manager or higher, they would have to go through a 2 month training program.
In the next couple of decades, the guild dramatically roze in size, along with this came the increase in the number of staff needed to run all of the taverns. Because of this, many smaller regional training facilities were built in order to accommodate the training of staff. This both helped reduce the overpopulation of the main training facility, but it also helped new managers gain more experience working in their areas. After all the new facilities were built, the main training facility was given a new purpose: it was converted into a boarding school, made to bring about a new generation of Brewers' Guild members through the teaching of children and young adults. This both helped grow the Guild's manpower, but also the popularity in helping educate the masses. The facility was thereby renamed the Brewers' Guild Academy.
