The Sea of Silt
The massive Sea of Silt was once a sea of water ages ago. What's left is a thin, grey dust settled for miles, too light to sustain the weight of a human and too deep to escape if sunk into. Sailing craft called silt skimmers are used to glide along the sands for those brave enough to explore them, but those who have quickly learned that there is a vibrant and dangerous ecosystem lurking in the silt.
