After many years of the Desert being called 'The Dead Lands' and no one wanting to claim an area that isn't fertile for the typical type of plants grown, one person went out of their way to claim this area. One adventurer that to this day is unnamed claimed the first city near a river that passed thru. This adventurer sent up a small trading town and that town slowly kept getting bigger. Until it was the great city that it is today.

Structure

After the first King, his blood line ruled the country. While the first king wasn't that bad, his children were terrible at their jobs and thus the country has suffered. The newest Queen seem a bit off.

Culture

The main city hosts many rich traders and diplomats while the outskirts are poor and dying. The only way the poor live is by stealing, working in the under belly doing legal jobs, or working themselves to death doing low paying jobs.
