Agent Hallik Talidas
Hallik Talidas, sister of the far more famous Amalda Talidas and long-serving Sky-Raiders warrior, is renowned for supposedly being the best sniper in the galaxy. While this claim is dubious at best, the fact remains that she is extremely accurate with a range of weapons and is an excellent survivalist and craftsman. She is somewhat lacking in hand-to-hand combat ability, at least compared to other experienced Augmented soldiers, but still easily surpasses most humans. Her real flaws are in her lack of social ability and personal conviction, as she avoids working with large groups or in fact communicating much at all, and is driven more by boredom and a vague feeling of purpose than by belief in the Sky-Raiders cause or even personal enjoyment and gain.

Hallik was born in 2,585, the second child of the politically-influential Talidas family, but was still unliked. The main reason was a radiation-induced mutation that caused her to entirely lack hair, and distinct mutation was greatly looked down upon amongst the upper and middle class of Volantis. She was encouraged to receive treatment, but refused, instead falling into extreme antisocial behavior and an early reliance on drugs. She cared little for her education or for socializing, instead studying nature and learning to shoot.
In 2,596, she assassinated her parents, while her brother removed records of them to delay investigation. They fled shortly thereafter, living a life of crime for their next few years. Two years later, they were recruited into a petty-nation’s military, with Hallik serving as a sniper and her brother a shock-troop, though they soon rebelled and brought the group under their control. During this period, she was shunned and avoided unnecessary socialization, drawing as little attention as possible. They shortly took over, freeing the prisoners and organizing a coup against the General and his advisors, entirely reforming the Sky-Raiders.
Four years after taking control, they led an attack on their home planet in support of a mutant-led rebellion, destroying governmental forces and making the planet into a base of operations for the Sky-Raiders. Hallik took it upon herself to kickstart local agriculture and munitions production.
