Countess Carolin II

The Sovereign of Ingsel, the Countess is known for her intelligence and cunning. A shrewd diplomat, she has ruled as a widow since her husbands untimely death in 1342. She is rarely seen outside the walls of the giant Castle Carolan, and when she is it as nightly summer festivals and fair before which she speaks to her people and provides them with abundant food and drink from successful harvests . She is well liked by her people and she has only experienced one minor peasant uprising which came as a result of her husbands anti-humanist policies regarding exploitative practice of confiscating extra grain from local farmers.
