Municipal Adaptive Resource Superintendent. The Kitsune Korp's single most important contribution to the city isn't its popular Kitsune servants, but rather the intelligent superintendent in charge of the city's municipal services.  Initially conceived to automatically manage the city's water and power demands, the system naturally grew to encompass communications, traffic management, emergency services dispatch, and eventually became integrated into nearly every city system.
