The Birth of Ciará
Long ago, back in the beginning of time there was only Gautama. Then his little sister Ciará arrived in a blaze of glory. As she approached she was grabbed by her brother and held by her mother Corrigenda. She was such an rebellious child and ran counter to Gautama.Ciará was once a comet travelling across the sky, until one day she happened to pass between Gautama and Corrigenda. Where she was caught and held in a contrary orbit. The resulting earthquakes and tidal shifts wreaked havoc on the surface of Corrigenda causing new mountain ranges to emerge. The ocean currents shifted causing the dragons to search for a new easily accessible source of food. During this time the fae emerged to populate the face of the planet. With Corrigenda shaking and unstable the dragons began searching for safer nesting areas. This was harder than they had thought possible because everywhere was shifting and changing. The weather patterns shifted and the land was in constant change. This lasted for about one hundred years. During this time the fae had established a homeland deep in the forests of Corrigenda where they began to flourish. What was once above water became submerged and land rose from the depths of the seas. Mountains crumbled and rose. Land that had been desert, became lush grasslands and dense forests.
Manifestation
The sight of seeing Ciará coming into the orbit of Corrigenda was brilliant as she was moving at high speed and glowing a brilliant red in the sky. As she passed between Gautama and Corrrigenda she could be seen burning brightly even in the middle of the day. Over the next ten years, the burning cooled to a simple bright red glow. Before being captured by Corrigenda she could be seen travelling through the heavens once every twenty years.
