How Many Gods are in here?

Written by Ishthyl

The team tries to work with he nomads to prepare for Kah and to get everyone out of the ship. The leader of the nomads has found the God code, and is helping it build. Things go way wrong and now the nomads are gone, with the “pillar” (God Code?) and we are left trying to formulate a trap for Kha. Oh, and we have 6 hours.

Plot points/Scenes

Abdula is most notably not a founder. He expresses that they were brought here by their leader, she is a teleporter (psychic). All drones are out for blood. They are from the Mersada (religious fanatics/heretics) who are a clan from the Al Jabar. Sounds like their sheika (leader of the nomads) Princess Kah, and us all want the same. The nomad soldiers are ready to leave as they have reclaimed a drone and destroyed another for parts. But their sheika wants what is in the computer core.   The party opts to ask for passage to speak with their Sheika, to see if we can work together to get the nomad folks out of here. Only four of us head down (Sinovar, Aaid, Tomma, and Miral). When we got there we see the nomads, 8 of the 10 are obviously high. Abdula offers to take us to Sheika Mayanda.   Up top Shaheeda asks Goto to contact Special Ops command. Shaheeda brings spec ops up to date. She asks them to send an investigator/soldiers to a local hotel to try and get more information/cover possible escape routes.   The rest of the party regroups on the lower level. Goto then locks down the elevator controls so that only those with the password can operate the elevator.   Miraj gets a layout of things from Abdula. Behind a welded shut bulkhead is a gearsman battle drone. The drone is only equipped with a stun baton. There are more “creepy bug drones” which they plan to salvage once they are completed with the medical drone salvage.   They have been on the ship for several days. Shiehka Mayanda lead them here due to visions. They have been here for weeks, and the Shiehka has been plugged in the whole time, and the radiation spire is her fault. We decide we have to get her locked out of the system, asap.   Miraj asked Abdula if the ship is mobile, Mayanda has tried to make it move, and has managed to make it shake. The Sheihka is from the Kua system, and is a humanite designed to survive on her harsh home world Jina.   In the control room there is one of the ship’s main reactors, which is currently sparking. There is also the main computer core which has been removed and attached to a founders holographic device as well as a pillar that we are not sure what it is. It cannot be founder design. Mayanda got the pillar from somewhere else on the ship. Mayanda has a data link into the orbital communicator as well as the pillar. When we walk in cameras swivel to face us as well as a collector drone. Sitting in the room wearing shackles is another person, Khonnir. Khonnir is a known archeologist who Mayanda kidnapped from The Foundation. He is a “friendly rival” to Livea.   Sinovar asked Abdula if he and his nomads want a job, Mayanda responds “He already has a job, Abdula, who have you brought me?”. Sinovar (acting as Ravonis) answered. Apparently the machine is almost finished. Mayanda is now an Imam of the Machine. It has named her. She seemed very interested in Goto.   Abdula suddenly seemed much more interested in working for the Nayala corp for the 73 hours it would take to get this wrapped up.   Goto warns Mayanda of the presence on the other side (Kah). Goto is kept in check while she informs Mayanda of “the djinn”. Mayanda unplugs as she agrees the situation is changed and must get the machine away from Kha. She teleports the pillar.   The party begins to prepare for getting us more time on the reactor, helping prepare a computer ghost trap for Kha to get us more time, and prepare a room for the ritual.   In an attempt to incapacitate Mayanda, Aaid fired the stun gun, but failed to knock her out. Things went worse from there. It ended up being that Mayanda and Abdula teleport out. The rest of us start getting things secure for the remainder of the nomads.   To fend off the nomads Sinovar fired at the reactor and lowered our time allowed to 6 hours. Turns out Princess Kha was after the computer core, and not the pillar. We manage to get ahold of Wahid and he is going to be able to get us the items we need to imprison Kha in 45 minutes.   We start pulling everything together to try and trap Princess Kha and get everything we can out of the ship so we can make a speedy exit.
