Master Floyd A. Lushovitch
The head alchemist of the Emperical Alchemy Laboratory and thus the boss of Azul the Alchemist. He is a middle aged human man and one of the most well educated people about biology and medicine.
Part of the main branch of the Lushovitch family, he was born into nobility, power, and money. This combined with his already stuck up personality formed a man who believes himself above everyone intellectually. he left home for the Confederation of Inovation to gain more knowledge. He also dislikes the slow and the unhealthy.
One of the worst things for him is a disease he can't cure, like Beasthropy. To him, Beasthropy is the greatest of the wounds to his pride, and thus he hates any who are afflicted and make as little contact with them as possible. He also demands any sufferers not share their symptoms to anyone else, instead keeping them hidden.

Floyd is absolutely smitten with Dudgen as his boss and as one who knows so much. Dudgen also likes Floyd but its less personal to them, what with being an immortal dating a mortal and all. Dudgen knows how this will end in a few short decades with Floyd dead from old age. Thats not to say Dudgen feels nothing, but they're in two positions of power so ya'know. Being married to the Lord Instructor did make Floyd's status go up a lot but he doesn't have an official court position.
