Get to the station with coordinates and find that the formula has been delivered to Gurkaobt government 4. Steal the formula from Gurkaobt government's archives
Building it 1. Acquire common ingredients 2. Find out the location of the last ingredient 3. Get the last ingredient
Testing it 1. Purchase stations in different parts of galaxy 2. Abduct people of all races for testing 3. Apply the formula
Using it / Ending it / Saving it 1. Tie up loose ends 2. Plan and strategy / Attack 3. Showdown
