Cogs and Magic

A steampunk inspired world with a lot of cogwheels, where Artificers have made a lot of neat inventions similar to what scientists did in our world between 1750 and 1850. Magic instead of electricity, clockwork combined with steampower, high magic world, sort of an industrial revolution world with magic. The only thing not included is firearms, as I feel they alter the game too much.
