Gaia is among the oldest deities and a matron deity of the dwarves and gnomes, but is widely praised. Gaia is known for being the deity of order, law, compassion, hospitality, the earth, mountains and gems. She is very nurturing, kind, and known as the Great Mother, seen as a guardian to new mothers and children alike.
While Gaia asks little of her followers and claims dominion over no creatures, she is seen as the leader of all that traverse and make home the elemental plane of earth.
