Tantharos

Huge Citadel on Archeron that also functions as a prison. Home of the Vigil.
It is a prison to some of the most dangerous beings in the universe, and those the Vigil consider Druja (abominations). No prisoner has ever escaped from Tantharos and once you are there you are never released. Each cell is a pillar of light, where time does not flow.
