Nezekim

The Nezekim are an Aalevi people from the Isle of Nezek. They have a very adversarial relationship with their neighbours, the Dhul Qalassi who have tried multiple times in the past to invade and conquer the Nezekim. Unlike their neighbours they are a matriarchal society and are ruled by a queen from a long line of queens.
They can also produce sorcerers, though since becoming part of the Chovantine Hegemony that has been heavily discouraged since magic is illegal in the Chovantine Hegemony upon punishment of death.
They are currently ruled by their Queen (Sarrum) Jesimar Thuvielen, under the clear dominion of the Chovantine Hegemony of course.

Their appearance is drawn from the Middle-East.
