A Prince of Avalinon and a powerful Enchanter. He is said to have founded Ys Luthiat, the Court of Stars and was it's first Pen-Ekhanti (Great Enchanter). He was blamed for the disappearance of his niece, Ceirwy and even accused of murdering her. He disappears from the historical record not long after and it is not sure whether his sister, Luthiya had him exiled or killed.
