The last Great Queen (Pen-Rhian) of Avalinon. A fiery tempestuous woman whose pride led her people into the unwinnable war with the Mjidian Imperium. She was an extremely powerful Enchantress. When her daughter disappears she accuses her brother Morech of doing harm to her, and exiles him (though some belive she had him killed). Her own death marked not only the end of the Mjidian-Avalinon War, it also marked the end of the realm of Avalinon as the great Tanoine houses fell into squabbling rulers of independent Kingdoms.
