One of 3 Kephali children that washed up on the shores of Mysseria 5 years ago after a great storm. In her mad grief, Lian saw them as her lost children & claimed them. Her desire shaped them into their current forms and they have long forgotten their true origins. Just as Lian is devoted to them, they are devoted to her. Since Kephali age a bit slower than normal, they are currently the equivalent in age to 11 year old Humani children.
Liuli is a little bit more sneaky & crafty than her siblings and a little bit vicious. She also has a deep love for anything cute & furry. Her favourite shapeshifting form is a rabbit & she likes to keep her rabbit ears even when she is in her Humani form.
