Khurimeya

The Khurimeya are an Aalevi ethnic group that dominated the ancient nation of Khoramandel. They were the chosen and favoured of the renegade Ehoshim Elashamel who would often take Khurimeya as consorts or lovers and produce children with them. As a result the ability to utilize magic is strong amongst them. The defeat of Elashamel at the hands of the Thitans left Khoramandel in multiple civil wars and the Khurimeya's time as the dominant people in Eastern Oriel was ended. Some ethnic groups claiming descent from the Khurimeya still exist, but the Khurimeya themselves are long gone.
