Kercei (a.k.a. The Witch of Skona)

An elderly Enchanters who taught Chelaine Cessair. She had a huge falling out with the other Enchanters of Galedein and believed they should have helped Anairedha Daliesyn in defending against the Suannin invaders. After her schism with the others she retreated to the remote Wilds of Skona where she refuses to have anything to do with anyone.
She is particularly skilled with transformations and weather magic. She has been trying to uplift some of the animal species found in the Wilds of Skona. She is amused by the arrival and persistence of Tuala and finally agrees to teach Tuala.
