Huhelawa

Queen of Moromu-Koki and the Kephalu. Non-Kephalu think this is an ancient Queen that has existed for centuries, but all Kephalu queens are called Huhelawa. Her name is one of terror amongst the inhabitants of the Pelagant‌ despite the fact she has never actually done anything to harm the surface dwellers.
The current queen has only ruled for 5 years, but shes does have the memories of her mother and all the other previous Queens. The Kephalu Queens are able to pass their memories onto their children.
